Was Today A Success

Did you achieve the industrious things you wanted or needed to achieve today? We need to look at ourselves at the end of the day and decide if the day was good or not. Often there is a feeling and you already know how the day went before the end. it is a good practice to evaluate the day, and decide what went right and wrong so that tomorrow you can make the good things even better and try to get the not so good things to be better than they were.

Even if the day seamed really bad then look for the positives. You are still alive, still able to do things tomorrow and so forth.

Use the good things to become fantastic at them, the ok things to be better, and the not so good to learn from. Each day is full of learning and building on to more wonderful things. We just need to be open to learn the lessons that we are taught each and every time.

Fresh Start

Dawn is a wonderful time of day

This morning it was clear, soft and there was a wonderful breeze just adding a slight chop to the sea. A great fresh start to the day, full of promise of  a brand new start.

Dawn is a great time of day, and I try to be up at dawn as a matter of good routine. A good early start is the best way to start the day. it gets you off to a nice start. this morning being on the beach and seeing such a wonderful sunrise just fills me with the energy and wonder, makes me feel so much younger again, like a young child.

Time for your self, and time to have a proper breakfast ensure that your day gets off to the best possible start. Sets you up for a successful day,
