A Last Farewell?

How good would it feel to say a last farewell to your work in a factory or mill?
The above photo is of the steel mill and paper mill in Deeside Wales at sunset. While work in these mills and many places like them is considerably better than it used to be, is it what you want to be doing?

Many people fall into a job because it was there, or they needed a job. The job chose them and they did not look past it for many reasons. Now if that is you, is it really what you want to do?

We all need to sit down every now and then and judge our lives and see where we are, and where we would like to be.

Then if we are not where we want to be, or things have changed and now we wish to be some place different then, a plan is needed.

On knowing where you would like to be, then a how to get there is a lot easier to find. With a strategy, and changes, then the route can be changed and you will be heading in the direction that you now would like to go.

To get to where you would like,  a few small changes may be all that is needed, or a small change now, to start the ball rolling, followed by other changes.

Stay positive, and look for the road, then move over to it at a speed you can manage and your goal will come into sight.
