Under The thumb

As an employee you get up go to work and may not feel that you are fine. You get paid, and you do the work. However do you feel satisfied?

As an employee do you get to express you own style, ideas, even make any decisions your self?

What is your role?  Simply a cog in the wheel of the work machine, ground down over time?

If you have decision making powers can you actually make decisions and have them implemented or arte you under the thumb?

Many bosses want all the good power for themselves and only pass down the ownership of ideas that fail. it is there way of keeping their own position and place.

There is a solution.

If you are your own boss, then you get to make and keep the decision's that you make. How much better to know that you have control of your destiny than some one else?
