Not so long ago people would look at the disused former bustling warehouse's and think that they were no good falling down and finished. Not so, and now look at them. They have a brand new lease of life and fit the role of housing people now instead of goods.
We too can change our role, direction, job, every thing and it is never too late to do so. We just need to decide that is the rote we now whish to take, and do it.
We are only limited by our selves and our own imagination and drive.
Many people have once they have retired gone to take a first degree, changed career, and done many things that they had not done in earlier life.
