Dawn is a wonderful time of day

This morning it was clear, soft and there was a wonderful breeze just adding a slight chop to the sea. A great fresh start to the day, full of promise of  a brand new start.

Dawn is a great time of day, and I try to be up at dawn as a matter of good routine. A good early start is the best way to start the day. it gets you off to a nice start. this morning being on the beach and seeing such a wonderful sunrise just fills me with the energy and wonder, makes me feel so much younger again, like a young child.

Time for your self, and time to have a proper breakfast ensure that your day gets off to the best possible start. Sets you up for a successful day,

What Is Your Guiding Light?

 

Do you have a guiding light? A target, or goal?

 

We need to have a target, battered as it may get, and things may prevent us from getting there at times, but we need to set an end goal. 

 

Think of the things you want to achieve in life, now next year, in five years.  Only then is it possible to find the route to your goal. use your long term goals like the light house. There to guide you through the hard times and the good. The light house stands proud, even thru it's paint is peeling, and at times the sea cuts off access, it is still there and when the time is right you can reach it.

 

Life and our targets are the same. Some as easy to reach, others take longer and a few more attempts, but it is very good to focus on your goals and try for them.

 

If you have no goal you will drift unguided on the ocean of life and never reach that port you thought that you would like to reach.
