Do you have children?

If so how does you job fit around them?

My children are very important to me. So it is important that I am able to spend time with them. A normal fixed hour job can make this very hard to do. When they need me I would be at work. This was the case in the past, where I worked long hours, every weekend, and work had to come first just to maintain my position in the company, not even gain the next step up. This was not good. I would have my children for the weekend and they would be in the office with me. Sure they were happy on the computers, and the computers were safe for them to use, but not the ideal setting for a good family time.

The opportunity I am promoting here is flexible. You need to have time off today, or an hour here and there, well this is ok as you are your own boss and you set your own goals, and there fore your own hours. You can work much faster some days to cut down the time spent just to allow time other days for your children. This is great. A normal job working faster can lead to more work.

What is it that you would like?

When you try to get out of bed in the morning, what is it that would make that so much easier than in is now?

Having a job that is interesting, and flexible, and does not take up all of the time may be the key. If you can free up the time to do the things you want to do, or just get out from the Boss.

You just need to say to your self I WANT and then set out to get it.

When I was suddenly back in Norfolk from Wales I was depressed. Norfolk is flat, no hills and I was back to my roots having spent so long trying to get away. But well I needed a job and this idea was presented to me.
